LastLight

The installer is small. It puts the Last Light launcher on your machine; the launcher then downloads the game itself and keeps it current.

After that it patches rather than reinstalls: every file is stored by its own checksum, so an update pulls only the parts that actually changed and leaves everything else alone. The launcher updates itself the same way.
